With a background in nursing and residential care, Deji understands the complexities of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—especially those with higher support and medical needs. His hands-on leadership ensures that care is not only compliant, but consistent, responsive, and dependable.

Strive Care Services, LLC provides 24/7 Individual Residential Services and Supports (IRSS) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping each person live as independently and safely as possible in the community of their choice.
We support individuals in a variety of personalized living arrangements, including Personal Care Alternative (PCA) and Host Home settings, serving up to three individuals per residence. Each placement is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs, preferences, and goals of the individual.
